About TESST College of Technology
TESST College of Technology was founded in 1957 and began by offering electronics instruction, but it has been a part of Kaplan Higher Education since 2002. It now offers 10 certificate programs and three associate's degree programs in a variety of fields in areas such as allied health, criminal justice, information technology, law, and trades. TESST has three Maryland campuses, and the main Baltimore campus has more than 1,000 students.

TESST's online learning programs are offered through Kaplan College. Through Kaplan, you can register for online associate's, bachelor's, and master's programs as well as professional certificates in the areas of technology, law, and justice. Kaplan University is certified to offer online degree programs by the Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
What's Unique at TESST College of Technology
In December 2008, the Beltsville, Maryland campus of TESST received all three awards at the Maryland Association of Private Colleges and Career Schools Conference. The three awards given were Teacher of the Year, Adult Student Scholarship, and Distinguished Service. TESST was competing with more than 20 other schools.
