The New England Institute of Technology (NEIT) is located in Southeastern, New England. NEIT offers associate's and bachelor's of science degrees through more than 35 different programs. Students can complete most associate's programs in 18 months and bachelor's programs in 3 years. Online Learning Programs at New England Institute of Technology

NEIT's Information Technology Department offers an associate's degree completely online. Students experience all areas of the tech field, from programming and software applications to network management and administration. Online students use their own computers and participate in online lectures, labs, and discussions. Online students are all required to participate in externships.

What's Unique at New England Institute of Technology

NEIT offers the largest technologies-oriented library in Rhode Island, and there are computer workstations in almost every classroom. Students can find laboratories designed specifically for the study of computers, electronics, medical technologies, transportation technologies, and the building trades.

The school's electronics program was chosen by the Federal Aviation Administration as an approved collegiate training center. Additionally, the school is the only authorized AutoDesk Premier Training Center in Rhode Island.
