Online Learning Programs at La Sierra University

La Sierra offers graduate-level online programs in teaching and curriculum and instruction. Both programs lead to an online master's degree, and the curriculum and instruction program is offered with an emphasis in educational technology.

The college also offers an online certificate program in educational technology. Online courses in this program focus on topics including development of internet resources, professional portfolio development, topics in instructional strategies, and more.

Other online programs offered include NAD educational technology endorsement, an online master’s of teaching in elementary program flowchart, and a teaching credential program. The school also offers the California state single and multiple subject credentials offered completely through online study. These programs, like all other online programs, require basic computer skills.

What's Unique at La Sierra University

La Sierra University's Division of Continuing Studies offers a flexible degree completion program, referred to as ACCESS, in which students can complete a course as quickly or as slowly as they’d like. Class schedules and be modified every quarter. Most of the continuing education classes meet one night a week for ten weeks.
