Alcorn State University’s Vicksburg location offers distance learning programs in the area of advanced technologies and computer networking. Undergraduate programs in this area are offered in an online format.
The Vicksburg location also offers undergraduate and graduate-level distance learning programs in education and psychology, general studies, and business administration. These programs are offered at off-site locations and are available in the evenings for working adults.
Alcorn State University is currently working on broadening its available online course selection. The school already has an online learning platform in place and is developing resources for online students.

ASU focuses heavily on providing international outreach programs through its Office of Global Programs.
