Description:

In this class, you'll develop an orderly photographer's workflow with options for portrait editing, image distortion, filters, and much more. Using these advanced features, you'll see how to restore old photos and add a hint of color for a hand-tinted look, as well as how to build high-impact collages with images and text.

Photoshop Elements 6.0 includes the powerful option for Adobe's award-winning layers. You'll learn how to make the most of it by combining images with layers, synchronizing artwork, frames and images, and increasing your options for flexibility even after your work is finished.

With options for sharing your images like animation, Flipbooks, slide shows, and collages, Photoshop Elements will be your first choice for image editing. You'll see how and when to use RAW images, as well as how to use JPEGs for outstanding prints and projects.

Instructor Bio: Beverly Schulz

Beverly Schulz is a freelance photographer and a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography's Professional Photographer's program. She teaches a number of classes in digital photography and has more than 25 years of classroom instruction experience. Her writing and photography have been published in a number of magazines. She has traveled extensively and participated in onsite photography workshops as well as independent photo quests. In addition to teaching and photographic work, she provides consulting services for digital photographers and clients.
