Instructor Bio: Dean McDonald
Dean McDonald is the Director of IT Curriculum Development for Cyanna Education Services LLC. Prior to working for Cyanna, Mr. McDonald was a National Education Manager and instructor for a national post-secondary training institution. Mr. McDonald developed and managed training curriculum based on Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) and Microsoft certifications. Mr. McDonald has consulted for various IT consulting firms in and around the St. Louis area as well as worked as a computer technician for a major electronics retailer. Mr. McDonald currently holds the following IT certifications: CompTIA (A+, iNet+, Linux+, Network+, Server+ and Security+) and Microsoft (MCP, MCDST,MCSA, MCSE)
